Be the duty of the powers of the King and Queen
This work is an annex of Healings Policy, the metaphor of solving problems or illness policies, should be of international politics as I see it. Before reading this Annex are advised to read Healings Policy.
The suggestions here will be plausible for review by the Constituent Assembly elected by the people. I believe that those elected to the Global EP (Executive Power) should preside over this assembly. King and Queen will be elected by the people and hold EP for life, after which there will be another election.
In order to have a hierarchical order is determined that 51% of the executive must be of the King, 49% of the Queen. Therefore, before a disagreement between the two, in the Executive Power, will be decided by the choice of the King. Faced with the death of one of the two, which survive will be the depositary of 100% of the EP.
The ministers will be chosen by the King and Queen, on the idea that the EP has a fundamental cohesion.
The Kingdom will have to be united and desiciones be taken as a whole, but each person will have their powers of the EP preferential.
The King will be responsible for the Ministry of the Interior, Labor, Justice and the armed forces and thus be able to order according to the needs of the Kingdom.
The Queen will be responsible for the Ministries of Education, Environment, Culture, Science and Economics.
Both decide on collective security issues, but it will be the King who has the last word with regard to the policies of intervention of the Forces for Peace in the Kingdom.
The politics of solving political problems or diseases, are detailed in the work of Policy Healings will tend to the formation of the Kingdom to live in peace and prosperity, full employment, hunger 0 and multicultural development of a Global United States, which shall be ground part of the Kingdom of God.
